Custom Orders
No returns on custom orders. Payment must be made prior to fabrication and no refunds will be given after payment is received. In the case of a custom ordered box whereby the buyer sends an invitation in the mail to Bazaar Glass and it is not received by Bazaar Glass within 14 days a credit will be given and the order will be canceled.
ReadyMade Items
Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Bazaar Glass for shipping instructions. Buyer is responsible for shipping and if item is not packaged securely and arrives broken, a fee will be deducted to make repairs to the item.
If an item arrives damaged in shipping, customer must contact the shipper for remedy.
Shipping
Shipping will be ground unless otherwise requested by buyer. Buyer is responsible for paying any amount over what standard ground shipping would cost.
